Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-13 business days within the continental United States. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 6-15 business days (processing + transit combined).

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Delays
Bell Design & E-Comm is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, though we're happy to help redirect a package where possible.
